Butcher Cut Sheet

This is the butchering cut sheet that must be provided to the butcher on the day we bring them in. This applies to half and whole pigs.  There is flexibility with this, however.  Being that they are a CUSTOM butcher shop, please contact me with any questions about additional cuts, as well as special requests.
